We welcome enquiries from individuals, families, advocates, local authorities, NHS teams and other professionals.

How it works
From first contact to ongoing care
A clear, unhurried process — we only agree a care package once we are confident we can meet the person's needs safely.
- 1
Get in touch
Call, email or send an enquiry to discuss the person's needs.
- 2
Assessment
We assess needs, wishes, strengths, communication preferences and risks.
- 3
Care plan agreed
Clear information about support, visit arrangements, fees, responsibilities and reviews.
- 4
Care begins & is reviewed
Care is reviewed regularly as needs change.
Care packages will be agreed following assessment and accepted only where we have the skills, staffing and resources to meet the person's needs safely.
Helpful information to include
You don't need everything ready to get in touch — this simply helps us respond faster.
- The person's name, contact details and preferred way of communicating.
- A summary of their needs, wishes and goals.
- Relevant diagnoses or health conditions, with the person's consent.
- Current support arrangements and who is involved.
- Any risks, equipment or medication considerations.
- Funding route — for example a direct payment, personal budget or council placement.
